Leah Rainer, MAOM, L.Ac is an acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist who is excited to introduce you to a new approach to whole body health. Using the Eastern understanding of the body, she looks at each person as an individual with their own unique set of symptoms. She will work with you to develop a wellness plan specific to your needs. Together, you can move towards a healthier and more comfortable life. As a graduate of the leading Chinese medical school, the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, she is happy to be part of fostering a community of wellness in the Capital Region. 

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient technique that has been used for over 3000 years. Fine needles are inserted into the skin at specific points to target a variety of ailments.

Chinese Herbal Medicine

An herbal formula will be created that is specific to your condition. Herbal consults are included in acupuncture appointments, or can be done as a separate service at a lesser cost.

     Cupping, Moxibustion, Body Work

Adjunct therapies such as cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and massage are used when appropriate.
