How we help.

Traditional Chinese Medicine is a holistic approach to wellness. With over 3000 years of clinical evidence, I am confident that we can work together to optimize your health. After a thorough health interview, I will determine a treatment plan that will include acupuncture, Chinese herbs, and lifestyle changes. Acupuncture is a technique that allows me to work with your body's systems by inserting very fine needles into specific points on your body, encouraging your systems into a state of balance. Acupuncture is not typically painful, but it is also not without sensation. The needles may produce a sensation of warmth, tingling, or a dull ache. This is how we know it is working. While you rest with the needles, you'll notice yourself drifting into a state of deep relaxation. It is in this state that the healing process begins.
