"Do the difficult things while they are easy and do the great things while they are small. A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step." -Lao Tzu

I am a New York State licensed acupuncturist and board certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine, meaning I have met national standards to practice both acupuncture and Chinese herbology. I am also certified with the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) for my additional experience working with people on their path to recovering from drug and alcohol addiction.

My passion is in working with people who struggle with mental and emotional pain, and I am also skilled in working with acute and chronic physical pain, internal health, digestive disorders, and women’s health. I help people get to the root of their illness to achieve health. This means committing to a series of regular treatments and often a course of herbal therapies or dietary changes. I am excited to be a part of my community, creating partnerships in healing.
